Thank you and Mr.Pradeep Kumar very much for publishing the contempt petition. Every Bank pensioner must read the petition to understand the callous attitude of the Executives in misinterpreting the verdict of the court and depositing only the paltry sum of Rs4 Lakhs as against crores of rupees for all pensioners to escape from the wrath of the Supreme Court on contempt. National Litigation Policy 2010 has been buried deep by LIC and the petioner has rightly prayed for the impounding of the Retiral benefits payable to the Executives who were/are dilly-dallying in taking a decision on court verdict. I fervently hope, ALLBANKING be always the first to pass such information related to pensioners in Banks.
