We have been informed by Mr. Venkatesh Sheena Shriyan that an appeal filed by Vijay Bank has been dismissed by Karnataka High Court on 30th July, 2012. (This was an appeal against the judgement in case of WRIT PETITION NUMBER 24158-24160/2011 IN THE BANGALORE HIGH COURT)  However, the detailed judgment on the appeal will be available after few days.   This is a great victory for the Vijay Bank resignee  who have been fighting this case for long time.   Inspite of the High Court's judgment, Vijay Bank preferred an Appeal.
