Further it has been reported  "We also wish to inform you that we have filed an Affidavit along with the acknowledgements of the Notices in respect of the Dasti Services served to 97 out of the 110 respondents on 27th February 2012. We have now received the acknowledgements of the remaining 13 Notices sent to the respondents and we would be filing our affidavit in this matter very soon. We are now contacting the Petitioners of other writs which are combined in this Transfer Petition to file an affidavit of No Objection for Transfer. We are confident that we would be completing all the formalities before the Registrar to enable a speedier pace of the matter being placed before the Bench. We are also now trying to organize a Pressure Group at New Delhi.

This Group will be in constant touch with our Advocates. They will also be feeding them with the requisite information on Service matters, the points of Labour and Pension Laws. Aggrieved PF Optees stationed in and around Delhi are requested to inform us if they are ready to play a proactive role as envisaged. We have already contacted Shri V B Gopal, Ex SyndicateBank (Mob:09211708692 Email-ID:gopal_1954@yahoo.co.in) and Shri Suresh Gaur, Ex Oriental Bank of Commerce (Mob:09999761727 Email-ID:sureshgaur56@gmail.com) who have agreed to play a coordinating role in creation of this Pressure Group. Any one who is interested to be part of this Pressure Group may please contact me or the above mentioned in creation of such a group to enable the information be passed on to Advocates so that they are totally well versed with the subject for their arguments and placing the facts before the Bench. We are also creating an Advisory Group who would interact with the Panel of our Advocates at regular intervals. The Advisory Group would be people who are in the forefront of this struggle to help formalize a strategy for updating and advising the Advocates on preparation of Counter reply to the replies filed by the Respondents. The meeting held on 11th March 2012 at Bangalore organized by UFOPFO, Karnataka was a huge success with a very interactive and meaningful session held. The minutes will be issued by the Karnataka Unit of the UFOPFO very soon. At this meeting it was informed that IBA has filed a No Objection for the Transfer Petition being heard at the Supreme Court. We will keep you updated on the Transfer Petition from time to time. "
