Comparison of Perks Available in Different Banks in Different Scales - There is a need for rationalization of the same

Every banker knows well that perks available to officers in different banks are different. Most of the time, bankers feel that their bank is paying the least. One of readers ( ANAND GURAV ) has sent us the following comparison of perks in few banks. Taking a cue from this, we thought it fit that we should take initiative and try to consolidate the various perks available in different banks. However, it is a big task and no such comparison is available as it is difficult to bring officers of different banks under one banner. AllBankingSolutions is making an effort as we have readers across all banks. We request our readers to download the below given EXCEL file and fill up the same to the extent they are aware of the perks in their own bank. (Please change the name of the bank to your bank's name in cell B-2 and fill up the details you can fill (it is not necessary to fill up all the information).
