Comparison of Promotion Policies of Different Banks

In May 2012 GOI issued certain guidelines to be followed by banks for promotions in the officers cadre.  Thus, all banks issued fresh Promotion policies.   To bring more transparency in this matter, AllBankingSolutions.com is starting a separate forum wherein we request our readers to send us the soft copies of the Promotion Policy as approved by the Board and any circular relating to promotion processes for 2011-2012 - 2013.
