SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT IN FAVOUR OF RESIGNEES WHO WERE DENIED PENSION OPTION / PENSION

 

We give below a link to the full judgement of Supreme Court given in the last week of July, 2011, wherein the SC has given a judgment which can be of great help to bankers who were forced to resign and were not considered as voluntary retirees even after 20 years of service.

All the affected bankers must read the judgment and then discuss their cases with their lawyers so that they can make full use of this latest judgment which is a slap on the face of the Banks, Government of India who had always tried to deny the bankers their legitimate dues.
